Professional events, workshops or product launches. Located on the banks of the Lachine Canal, our space offers a breathtaking view and a calm and inspiring atmosphere, perfect for concentrating, creating or sharing.

With a surface area of 1520 sq ft, the space easily adapts to your needs thanks to its modular configuration. Whether for a small group or a more dynamic event, L'Endroit can accommodate up to 30 people for theoretical instruction and 12 people for practical sessions for your hairdressing training.

Its high-end design blends modernity and warmth, with a minimalist and refined touch. The space is bathed in natural light thanks to generous windows, reinforcing an atmosphere that is both professional and welcoming.

All-inclusive package

• 1 full day (maximum 10 hours)

• 12 places for a hands-on training course

• 30 places for a look and learn type training course

• Coffee bar: Access to a water machine, unlimited coffee and tea, with sugar and milk included.

• Visual: Wireless television on wheels (LG Stand by Me model).

• Service: Serving plates, utensils, glasses, napkins and cups provided.

• Cleaning: Maintenance fees included for a space that is always clean.

• Furniture: Customizable layout of sofas and tables.

Hairdressing chairs (2 electric and 2 hydraulic), cabarets and three hairdressing washbasins (towels included)

• Support: A member of the L'Endroit team is present at all times to assist you.

Terms

- A reservation is confirmed only after payment of a deposit, for example 25% of the total cost.

- The balance must be paid before the start of the training.

- The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, unless prior agreement has been made.

- The deposit can be transferred to another date within the year of the reservation

- Cancellations must be made at least two weeks before the scheduled date to be eligible for a transfer or partial refund if applicable.

- Any change of date or time is subject to availability.

- Any overrun may result in additional charges.

- The tenant is responsible for the organization and behavior of the participants.

- Smoking, consuming alcohol or creating a nuisance in the space is prohibited.

-The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the space, furniture or equipment.

- The tenant is encouraged to have liability insurance to cover their activities and participants.

- The space must be restored to its initial state after use.

Is it possible to visit the space before booking?

Absolutely! We would be delighted to give you a tour of L'Endroit before you book. It's possible to schedule a visit to see the facilities, layout, and available amenities.

Simply contact us to arrange an appointment at a time that suits you, and we will be happy to welcome you for a personalized visit.

Is a deposit required to confirm a reservation?

Yes. A deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required to confirm your reservation.

This deposit allows you to block the date and guarantee the availability of the space.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least two weeks before the scheduled date of the event.

The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation by the tenant, unless otherwise agreed.

However, the deposit can be transferred only once for a later date within the same calendar year.

Is it possible to have materials or equipment delivered before the event?

Yes, it is possible to have materials or equipment delivered to L'Endroit before your event.

We simply ask that you notify us in advance of the approximate date and time of delivery, so that we can ensure someone is on site to receive or grant access to the space.

Is it possible to add the content creation service?

Yes, it is possible to add a content creation service as an extra.
This service is offered by Éric Charpentier, co-owner of L'Endroit.

Before the training, a short planning meeting will be scheduled to fully understand your needs and ensure that he has all the necessary information to create content that reflects your image.

The price is negotiable depending on the scope of the project and your specific needs.
